Maxine Miller Studios | Create Portfolio Website with Merchandise Sales Capabilities |2016
Maxine Miller is a Portland-based artist known for her work in the LA Based rock scene as well as the Pagan & Celtic cultures.
Maxine needed a brand new site built that would embody her work and allow her to communicate with her fan base as well as sell her marketed merchandise. I was tasked with building a site that had just the right combination of portfolio, commerce, & social media.
I worked with Maxine very closely. She desired a site that would be more about showing off her work than hocking her wares. We used existing assets as well as created new assets inspired by her work to arrive at a solution that, she as an artist, would be aesthetically happy with but would load quickly, work efficiently and result in sales conversions without too much “in your face” call to action.
