The Clan Chattan Association is a unique society formed by and still supported by chiefs of the Principal Clans of Scotland. It has a worldwide membership and is based in Scotland.

What the client needed.

Clan Chattan was looking for a new spin on their current t-shirt. Something that would appeal to both men & ladies. I was tasked with developing a t-shirt with a whole new look and feel using the current assets.

What I did.

I decided to use old concert tour t-shirts as inspiration. A look that not only appeals to both sexes, but also young and old.

With a photo by Nigel and licensed art by Maxine Miller from Celtic Jackalope, I re-purposed existing assets into a fresh take. I laid out all of the elements into a design that was hip, cool, and different from the standard t-shirt sold to the client’s customers. It’s an item that has become quite in demand for them.
