What the client needed.

Hero Initiative found themselves with an outdated proprietary CMS website. I was tasked with building a more user-friendly, multi-functional and scalable site using the previous database. The client wanted a site that I would oversee but that they could easily update themselves.

What I did.

I exported then imported most of the site content into the WordPress platform. I then redesigned the look and feel of the Hero site to be consistent with their new brand within the comic book industry. I also implemented the use of clear call-to-actions to communicate what Hero Initiative is about and what they do.

In addition, I incorporated and updated existing low resolution 4:3 promotional videos as well as shoot new materials for current 16:9 HD web audiences.
