ScotWeek is a non-profit organization that hosts a festival full of events that promote Scottish heritage, contemporary culture and charity to provide opportunities for education and scholarship.

What the client needed.

ScotWeek needed a new website development project completed quickly. They needed a scalable platform on which to build relationships with partners, sponsors, guests and the general public. They needed a clear statement of who, what, why and how.

What I did.

This was a great opportunity to design this website from the ground floor for this brand new event and organization. I built the website on the WordPress platform. WordPress would allow for the client to make their own updates when desired and allow for greater scalability. ScotWeek wanted to start with a promotional site then move into online ticket sales once their events were confirmed and they were ready to move into revenue generation.

In addition to building the site structure, I created the logo, a large portion of the art (my own licensed art/photographs). I worked closely with my key contact to produce the site content.
